What counts as a “search”?
A search is a phrase you track, such as “emergency plumber” or “hair salon”. Each one gets its own heatmap. Kerbrank shows how many people search for it each month in your town and suggests better ones where the numbers are low.
What counts as a business?
One business address with its own map. A plumber with two vans and one address is one business. A salon group with three shops is three.
What are the ChatGPT questions?
Questions a customer might ask ChatGPT, such as “best plumber in Portsmouth”. Kerbrank writes them from your category, town and services, asks each one three times in every weekly scan, and shows how often you were recommended.
Why are there no credits?
Credits make you ration scans and worry about the balance. Our running costs per business are low enough to charge a flat fee instead, so we do.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account with your email and a password and set up your first business. The trial lasts 14 days.
