The free trial
Fourteen days. No card.
The trial runs on the Solo plan: one business at a time, 10 searches and maps up to 11 × 11. You can swap the business for a different one once. Scans, reports and weekly readings work exactly as on a paid plan.
If you don't choose a plan, nothing is deleted. Scanning pauses until you do, and your history carries on where it left off.

Are there really no credits?
Kerbrank is a flat monthly or yearly fee. There are no credits and no per-scan charges. A weekly reading for every business and a set number of Scan nows each month are included on every plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your reports and history are kept. Weekly scans and Scan now pause until you choose a plan, then start again with your history carrying on where it left off.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, from Plan and billing on your Account page. Stripe works out the part-period and shows you the amount before anything is charged. Changes, up or down, take effect straight away.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, on your first payment. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund the part you haven’t used. You don’t need a reason.
Your payment covers 5 readings a month for each business (4 weekly readings and 1 Scan now), or 64 for a year, and anything not yet used comes back as a share of what you paid.
A reading that fails or is cut short never counts against you. On a yearly plan, Stripe’s card fee for that payment is taken off. The Refunds box on your Account page shows the exact figure before you ask.
The plan ends when the refund is made, and your reports stay readable.
Forgot to cancel? If a renewal goes through and no reading has run since, ask within 7 days and you get all of it back.
How does cancelling work?
Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
After the first 30 days there are no part-period refunds, apart from a renewal you haven’t used. After that date scanning stops, but your reports and history are kept.
How quickly does support reply?
Instant answers cover the common questions at any hour. Send a message and a person replies by email within two working days (Monday to Friday).
What counts as a business?
One address with its own map. A plumber with two vans and one address is one business. A salon group with three shops is three.
How often is each business scanned?
Every business gets a reading every 7 days, on every plan. Scan now takes one straight away; the app shows how long it should take before it starts.
Each plan has one Scan now a month for each business it covers, shared across your account: 1 on Solo, 3 on Pro, 10 on Agency and 25 on Agency+.
One that fails or is cut short doesn’t count, and they come back on your billing date each month. A business with a very big map uses more than one. Each business scans one at a time.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Kerbrank never sees your card details. Paying yearly costs ten months’ price for twelve.
