Free Google review link and QR code
Find your business and get the link that opens Google’s review box for it, your Place ID, a QR code and a table card ready to print. It’s free, and there’s nothing to sign up for.
- Google’s own link in the code, not a redirect through us, so it never expires
- QR code as PNG or SVG, sharp enough for print and signs
- An A5 table card with your business name, to print or send to a printer
Which one is yours?
We don’t keep the business you look up. We keep a scrambled form of your connection address for two days to count lookups. See our privacy notice.
How to get more Google reviews with a link and a QR code
Most happy customers would leave a review if it took ten seconds. The link and the code take the searching out of it.
Get your link
Find your business above and pick your listing. The link opens Google’s review box for that listing, so nobody has to search for you or scroll to find the button.
Put it where the job ends
Text or email the link after the appointment, add it to invoices and receipts, and stand the table card on the counter. The moment someone thanks you is the moment to ask.
Reply to reviews, especially the bad ones
A short, personal reply shows the next customer that you read them. Google says you don’t need to thank every reviewer in public, so put the effort into mixed and bad reviews. Our guide to responding to Google reviews has wording to adapt for each kind.
Questions about review links and QR codes
Reviews are one part of showing up on Google Maps. How the Google 3-pack works and optimising your Google Business Profile cover the others.
How do I get a link for people to leave a Google review?
Type your business name and postcode above, pick your listing, and copy the link. It opens Google’s review box for your business. You can also get a short link from your Google Business Profile: open it, choose “Ask for reviews” and copy what Google gives you. Both work.
Is the QR code free, and will it stop working?
It’s free, with no account and no email. The code holds Google’s own review link for your listing, not a link through us, so nothing in the middle can expire or be switched off. It works for as long as your Google listing does.
What is a Google Place ID?
It’s the ID Google gives each business listing, such as ChIJ followed by letters and numbers. Developers and some tools ask for it to find your listing exactly. Google says a Place ID can occasionally change, for example when listings are merged, so look yours up again if a link stops opening your business. Our Place ID finder also gives you the CID.
Where should I put the QR code?
Wherever a happy customer is standing when the job is done: the counter, a table card, the treatment room, your receipts and invoices, the van, or the thank-you email. Asking in person and pointing at the code works better than the code on its own.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google’s rules don’t allow offering anything in return for a review, and they ask businesses not to pick out only their happy customers to ask. Ask everyone, make it easy, and reply to the reviews you get.
Do more reviews help me rank on Google Maps?
Reviews are one of the things Google looks at when it decides which local businesses to show, alongside relevance and distance. More recent, detailed reviews help, but they’re one factor among several. How to get more Google reviews covers the rest.
