Kerbrank is a flat monthly fee. There are no credits and no per-scan charges, and weekly scans are included on every plan, so you never have to ration them.
This guide covers the plans, the free trial, adding and removing businesses, and how scanning works.
The plans
Plans differ by how many businesses you can track, how many searches each one can have, how large the map can be, and whose name goes on the reports.
| Plan | Price | Businesses | Searches each | Largest map | Own brand |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | £29/month | 1 | 10 | 11 × 11 | No |
| Pro | £59/month | 3 | 25 | 13 × 13 | Yes |
| Agency | £129/month | 10 | 50 | 15 × 15 | Yes |
| Agency+ | £259/month | 25 | 100 | 15 × 15 | Yes |
Every plan includes weekly automatic scans, the map designer, the ChatGPT check, search demand, the competitor comparison, and a shareable report link and PDF. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
A business here means one address with its own map. A plumber with two vans and one address is one business. A salon group with three shops is three.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start. During the trial, scans, reports and weekly readings all work as normal. A note on your dashboard shows how many days are left, and so does the Account button.
When the trial ends
Nothing is deleted. Your reports and history are kept. What stops is scanning: no weekly scans and no Scan now until you choose a plan. The dashboard says your trial has ended, with a link to see the plans. Once you pick one, scanning starts again and your history carries on where it left off.
Adding a business
- On the dashboard, press Add a business.
- Follow the four-step wizard: find the business, choose searches, pick the area, check.
- Press Create and scan.
Getting started walks through each step. When your plan is full, the Add a business button is switched off and the dashboard tells you to upgrade to add another.
On plans with more than one business, you can also press Add client to group businesses under a client name for reporting.
The duplicate check
You can't add the same business twice by accident. When you search for it in the first step, a business you already track is marked Already tracked, with an Open its report link. If you try to create it anyway, Kerbrank stops you and opens the one you already have. Tracking it twice would only pay for the same answer twice.
Deleting a business
There are two ways to delete a business:
- Press Share & more, then Delete this business.
- Or scroll to the bottom of the business page and use Delete this business in the section headed Remove this business.
You'll be asked to confirm. Deleting removes the business, its searches, all its scans and history, and its report link, which stops working for anyone you've shared it with. Other businesses aren't affected. It can't be undone, so download a PDF first if you want a record (see sharing reports).
On multi-business plans, deleting a client also deletes every business under it.
Scans
Automatic weekly scans
Every business is scanned automatically every 7 days. Each card on your dashboard shows the date of the last reading and the date of the next automatic scan. You don't need to do anything.
Scan now
To take a reading straight away, open the business and press Scan now. It takes about four to six minutes, and a progress bar shows how far along it is. A daily limit applies: 5 scans a day, or 3 per business on the bigger plans. Only one scan can run per business at a time, so the button shows "Scanning…" until it finishes.
It's worth using Scan now after you've changed your searches or your map area, or when you want to check a job straight after finishing it. Otherwise, the weekly scan does the work.
Changing what's measured
Changing your searches (the Searches button) or your area (the Map area button) doesn't cost you any history. Earlier scans are kept and the next scan measures the new settings. The report won't compare the two readings, though, because they measured different things. Choosing which searches to track has advice on settling your list early.
